The other night(St Augustine) I was crawling around behind the amps taking pictures.
Song ends, and Eric leans back to me and says “Can you get me a snack?”
I laughed yeah good one..I went and asked Loftus if this was for real,
he said i don’t know. Back to my spot below the drums..
Eric leans over again, “any luck with the snack, I’am starving..”
I went to the dressing room and made him a peanut butter sandwich
cut to bite size pieces(like I do for Honor). Added some carrots, chips, and trail mix.
I figure its gotta be easy to eat and fast between songs.
With camera and snack plate I headed back and set the food on his amp.
Eric grabbed a bite just a second before he hit his bass for Satin in a coffin.
Later Tom told me Eric asked him during the set if he had peanut butter on his face..
Anyhow snack worked and the show was amazing..-Pat

I have references!
Pat-
This story was definitely amusing. My husband and I had made some comment about the diet coke and beer being on stage, but the pb&j was definitely stealth. We already thought you were a ninja for sneaking around the amps, and I guess Eric is now in training with you.
Even though I wanted all three, I ordered at least one of your St. Augustine photos so thanks! All of you are always welcome back to Florida, show or not. They should consider signing up for the Rock the Boat tour, because it just seems it would be their forte.
Take care.
I cracked up laughing when I read that! Gotta love Eric
Hahahhaha, oh Eric, you and your shenanigans.
Funny story though.
Haha, great story, just like them to ask for snacks during a show ^^ Love the shot.
best photographer ever
all five food groups….nice!
do y’all remember when Eric missed part of the tour? ….he was sorely missed, no disrespect to Tom the multi instrumentalist!
hey, i can see me in the background!
